I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the hotel. Despite some drawbacks like unhygienic and smelly bathrooms, the rooms were actually very good, with nice decor and excellent bathrooms equipped with good toiletries. The service provided by the hotel management and staff was top-notch, very courteous, and they made all efforts to ensure guest satisfaction. The location was simply perfect, centrally located, safe, just a 5-minute walk from Nakki Lake, ideal for guests of all ages, and boasted enough parking space. The dining experience was excellent with a wide range of tasty options, and the facilities were great overall.
